Dawn was excellent every step of the way from planning the trip to making sure everything was perfect for our trip. The accommodations before and after the cruise were very nice and made for an excellent trip. The Utopia of the Seas is a wonderful ship and Royal Caribbean is top-notch. All of the workers on the ship were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our cruise was enjoyable. Thank you Cruise Planners for making our cruise experience memorable.

We recently returned from an Antarctica Cruise and can’t thank Dawn and her colleagues at Cruise Planners enough for helping make it a trip of a lifetime, and stress free. The snow and ice covered mountains, blue icebergs, penguins, seals, and whales were simply amazing! This Celebrity cruise ship was Christmas/Hanukka themed in grand style, unlike the cruise we took last year also with Celebrity that had nothing but a tree with a package under it at Guest Services. We'd heard about Cruise Planners Global Travitude through a friend who previously had used them and who was happy to recommend them. We had an upcoming trip with family members, but having not traveled internationally before I didn't realize I should have purchased travelers insurance. Without much time for action, I called Cruise Planners and spoke with Dawn, who answered questions very succinctly and pleasantly. She then took my trip information to search for our best options and I had two quotes very quickly. We made a decision and called back to finalize immediately. Dawn with Cruise Planners was amazing! Dawn researched and procured the most economical flight, hotel, and Eurail travel arrangements within our budget for our trip to Paris, Germany, and London in April 2024. Dawn provided detailed instructions and tips for reserving seats on the trains and ticketing. She provided many restaurant and sightseeing recommendations for Paris based upon her extensive personal experience visiting there and provided invaluable tips for getting around Paris via the Metro train system. In addition, we experienced wonderful excursions booked through Dawn's association with Viator in Paris and London. Dawn's vast knowledge of traveling in Europe via the train systems was very helpful for our first inter-country land travel experience. Dawn listened to what we wanted to do in the time we had, addressed our concerns, and followed up frequently with more suggestions and travel tips! She met with me via Zoom meetings or phone calls when discussing important details and always replied quickly to my phone calls, texts, or emails. My husband and I used to spend countless hours researching and planning our international travel. There are so many little things that can go wrong and ruin a trip that we didn't trust anyone to do it for us. But earlier this year someone recommended Dawn and Anthony Androsky and after working with Dawn our trip planning days are over.
I am a stickler for details, and I absolutely rate their overall customer service five stars; but our pre-cruise days in Paris exceeded all expectations.
